Spring has arrived here in Tianjin with a rush. It seems that one week it was cold, the next week the temperature is in the 70s and everything is blooming. It is a treat to not have to worry about being cold in classrooms and other buildings. I thought that maybe yesterday was my last day to wear a long sleeved shirt to class this year but I noticed that the forecast for next week is for temperatures to be in the upper 50s so I may have to keep wearing long sleeved shirts for another week or so.

We had a Chinese friend tell us that we should get out and enjoy spring while it is here because spring doesn't last long in Tianjin. We are hoping for a longer spring this year.

Please keep us in your prayers. We are searching for a solution to our house problem. We hope to have a renter by the time we come back this year. If we do not it will be difficult to plan to return for the final 6 months of our contract. We are confident that there is a solution to our problem but we are not sure what it is at this time.
