recovery

This is Linda pecking away with one finger. Hopefully after the stitches are out on Thursday I will be able to type normally. This is another ploy to slow me down. Recovery is going well as I can see progress everyday. It is so nice and encouraging, too. I am getting more use of my hand and arm and more flexibility. I am following the doctors (thanks, Gary) advice and exercising and not worrying about the lack of a splint or cast. I believe I will be able to start teaching next Monday. James started yesterday and is enjoying it. He loves the chinese students and seems to get energized by them. I can hardly wait to get out to the market and grocery store and Emart, our usual haunts, and to do more exploring. Again, thanks for all the concern and prayers. It helps the recovery more than you know!
