This is James saying thank you for all the prayers. I woke up this morning feeling better than I have for a couple of days. I didn't take any pain medication today. My tooth still feels like there was some work done on it a few days ago, there is some soreness - like being punched in the jaw - but the throbbing is gone. This is the first miracle that affects me personally - at least the first one I'm very aware of. It is a humbling experience - and awe inspiring. I am aware that miracles are for the recipient and anyone else can discount this one if they want to. I for one am convinced of God's love for me and the very direct relationship that exists between God and me. My first reaction is to be afraid of what my responsibility is now. I am also very grateful to have felt that love so directly in my life. I know that your prayers helped. I know that when we work together we can accomplish miracles. I want your prayers more than ever. As I looked through "Reflections" today I find "Glorified art Thou, O Lord my God! I give Thee thanks inasmuch as Thou hast called me into being in Thy days, and infused into me Thy love and Thy knowledge." I also read: "He, verily, shall increase the reward of them that endure with patience." I wonder at my lack of patience sometimes and hope that my time here will give me opportunities to increase my patience.
